PH Scatter Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1Introduction

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the PH Scatter platform – including our casino games, sports betting, online Sabong, live Bingo, and any related features or promotions – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form the complete and binding agreement between you (the player) and PH Scatter. 2Eligibility

To use PH Scatter, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one PH Scatter account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under your own name or using different identities – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify PH Scatter immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account information promptly whenever any detail changes.

PH Scatter applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, driver's licence, or passport) and a recent proof of address before withdrawals are processed. This is a regulatory requirement, not an optional step.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

PH Scatter accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All currency on the platform is in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. PH Scatter does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. PH Scatter processes GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 banking days depending on your bank and the time the request is submitted.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• PH Scatter may request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals from new accounts or above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals are subject to standard Anti-Money Laundering review procedures. Unusual or suspicious patterns may be flagged for manual review.

5Bonuses and Promotions

PH Scatter offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. These include welcome deposit bonuses, daily free Bingo cards, cashback programmes, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for each game are the certified theoretical figures provided by the game providers.

• Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player or by PH Scatter staff.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game – such as a disconnection, server error, or software bug – any wager placed during the malfunction will be refunded. PH Scatter does not honour wins that result from system errors.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH Scatter and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to place bets automatically.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonuses collectively.
• Attempting to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use PH Scatter for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or PH Scatter staff in any game chat or communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors to generate winnings beyond what a fair game would produce.

8Responsible Gaming

PH Scatter is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered members at no charge directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour cooling period.

9Account Suspension and Closure

PH Scatter reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account fee of ₱100 per month may be applied after 24 months of inactivity to cover administrative costs. PH Scatter will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying dormancy fees.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held securely and released upon resolution if no wrongdoing is found. If wrongdoing is confirmed, funds may be permanently withheld.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed through their normal cycle.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the PH Scatter platform – including but not limited to the PH Scatter brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of PH Scatter or its licenced game providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright and trademark law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any PH Scatter content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
• Game assets provided by third-party developers such as JILI remain the property of those developers. PH Scatter holds a valid licence to distribute these games on the platform.
• Screen recordings or streaming of PH Scatter games are permitted for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial streaming that includes PH Scatter content requires prior written approval.

11Limitation of Liability

PH Scatter provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in uptime, security, and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. To the extent permitted by Philippine law:

• PH Scatter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses due to system downtime, technical errors, or interrupted game sessions.
• PH Scatter's total liability to any individual player for any claim will not exceed the amount of funds currently held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
• PH Scatter is not responsible for the conduct of third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in fund transfers that occur outside our systems.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to your use of PH Scatter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact PH Scatter's customer support team and allow a period of 30 days for the matter to be resolved informally. PH Scatter commits to responding to any formal written complaint within 5 business days and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

PH Scatter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of PH Scatter after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
